Content generated by our AI tools in response to your inputs is provided for your use in your projects. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated suggestions before incorporating them into your designs.
6. Subscription and Payment
6.1 Free Tier
We offer a free tier with limited features. Free tier users are subject to usage limits as specified on our pricing page.
6.2 Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions provide access to additional features and higher usage limits. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase.
6.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

You are solely responsible for verifying that your PCB designs meet your requirements and applicable safety standards. AI suggestions should be reviewed by qualified engineers before manufacturing.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Manufacturing defects resulting from design errors
- Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trace, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your Content or designs created using the Service
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or the Service
- Extended periods of inactivity
- At our sole discretion with reasonable notice
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of Your Content before termination takes effect.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
